The AFFA Appeals Arbitration Tribunal did not grant the appeal of the "Neftchi" club. Sport24.az reports with reference to the official website of the association that the decision of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee dated September 3 remains in force.
It should be noted that "Neftchi" footballer Igor Ribeiro received a direct red card for aggressive behavior (hitting an opponent) in the match of the III round of the Misli Premier League, which they lost to "Turan Tovuz". He was penalized with a 3-match ban by the decision of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee, and the "white-blacks" were fined 3,000 manats.
