I am happy to have successfully completed the "UEFA Academy Elite Scout Programme".
Through modules, online sessions and practical tasks held in London, Lisbon and Nyon, I deepened my knowledge in scouting, player development, analytics and the use of artificial intelligence in transfers. Presenting my final scouting viva presentation in front of Luis Campos and Stefan Ehrhart, as well as learning from leading experts such as Les Reed, Paul Mitchell and Luis Campos, was a very valuable and motivating experience for me.
I express my sincere gratitude to the UEFA Academy team for the organization along this path, and to the management of "Neftchi" PFK for their support and trust. This program strengthened my skills, expanded my professional connections, and inspired me to aim for higher goals in football scouting".
