"Neftchi" club has commented on the interest of the Cypriot representative "Aris" in their football player Murad Mammadov.
In response to the inquiry of "Report", the head of the press service of "Neftchi", Asef Zeynalli, gave a statement.
He stated that the writings do not reflect the truth:
"Murad Mammadov is a graduate of "Neftchi" and currently belongs to the club under contract. Although his name is mentioned with many clubs, all this does not reflect the truth. There can be no question of any official offer."
It should be reminded that the 19-year-old winger has been in the main team of "Neftchi" since 2024. Currently, negotiations are underway to extend his contract.
