Another detail has emerged regarding the postponed match between "Neftchi" and "Qarabag".
According to İdman.Biz, citing Apasport.az, the final decision regarding the date of the match was made by "Neftchi".
The Professional Football League (PFL) offered two options for the new time of the match.
The initial version was to schedule the meeting between the 27th and 28th rounds. However, "Neftchi" did not consider this acceptable as they would be facing "Araz-Nakhchivan" and "Zira" during that period.
As a result, the "white-blacks" chose the other option offered. This was because the club considered the matches against the teams competing for European cups to be more important.
The teams, who will face each other on the 25th, will meet again on April 30, based on the PFL's proposal and "Neftchi's" agreement.
Thus, we will watch two "Neftchi" - "Qarabag" matches within 5 days of each other, within the 21st and 29th rounds.
