Today, a meeting was held at the invitation of the management of secondary school No. 8 named after Karim Karimov as part of an event aimed at increasing girls' interest in football. Sport24.az reports that the meeting with the team participating in the Sabail district Schoolgirls' Tournament was attended by the school's director Ayten Bakhshiyeva, the head of the AFFA Women's Football Department Zumrud Agayeva and department staff, the head coach of the Azerbaijan women's national team Siyasat Asgarov, as well as the national team's football players.
The main goal of organizing the event was to promote the development of football among girls, increase interest in sports, and promote a healthy lifestyle. During the meeting, an exchange of views was held with the participants, and young athletes were given motivational recommendations.
