Manchester City defender Nathan Ake has rejected a move to West Ham.
Idman.Biz, citing talkSPORT, reports that the 30-year-old Dutch footballer is ready to leave City, but does not want to continue his career with a team fighting for Premier League survival.
Ake has been playing for Manchester City since the summer of 2020. This season, he has not scored a goal in 14 games. His current contract with the club runs until the end of June 2027. Transfermarkt values him at 18 million euros.
Manchester City is second in the English Premier League table with 40 points, while West Ham is 18th with 14 points.
