"Qarabag's" goal is to qualify for the Champions League League stage.
This was stated by Aghdam's representative striker Musa Gurbanli in an interview with "Report".
The 23-year-old player spoke about the potential rivals in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League - "Shelbourne" (Ireland) and "Linfield" (Northern Ireland) teams:
"Regardless of the identity of the opponents, we prepare for all matches with the same strength. Potential rivals in the second qualifying round of the Champions League are clubs representing Northern Ireland and Ireland. These are countries whose football is close to each other. They are distinguished by their unusual, somewhat disturbing games. However, we will prepare for the qualifying match with all our strength."
M. Gurbanli stated that the team's main goal is to qualify for the Champions League League stage:
"We have just returned from vacation. We must show ourselves at a high level in training and restore our form. Our main goal is to qualify for the Champions League League stage. But the process will show the time."
It should be noted that "Qarabag" will face the winner of the "Shelbourne" (Ireland) - "Linfield" (Northern Ireland) pair in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League. The first match of this round will take place on July 22-23, and the return match on July 29-30. The Aghdam representative will play the first match away.
