Murad Mammadov, a football player of the Azerbaijan U-21 national team playing for "Neftchi" club, is confident that he will do more if he consistently appears on the field.
The young player shared his thoughts on the U-21 European Championship qualifying match in which they defeated Gibraltar (1:0) away:
"The game was played with our advantage. It was not an easy match. The weather conditions and the field factor created a lot of difficulties for us. Nevertheless, we defeated the opponent and won the important 3 points," he said in a statement to "Report".
The football player, who scored the only goal in the match, said that this would give him additional motivation:
"Every match is very important for us. It was a good feeling to benefit the team in this match."
Murad Mammadov, who plays for "Neftchi" club, also spoke about his career:
"I try to do my best in everything I can. I also take advantage of the opportunities that come my way. I am sure that if I am consistently on the field, I will do more."
