Benfica's head coach Jose Mourinho has responded to the criticism surrounding his team.
Idman.Biz reports that the Portuguese specialist voiced his opinions after the Champions League match between Benfica and Real Madrid (4:2).
He stated that if Benfica, who are being praised today, lose again, they will face the same criticism.
Mourinho recalled that although they had only 0 points after the fifth round of the Champions League, they managed to achieve their goals in the games against Napoli, Real, and Juventus.
The Portuguese specialist emphasized that his players fulfilled what he asked of them.
"They fulfilled my request: you either kill or be killed," J. Mourinho concluded.
