Based on a survey organized by the Montenegro Football Federation, the best footballer of 2025 has been determined. Sport24.az reports that the captains and head coaches of clubs in the local championship, as well as members of the Women's, Youth Football and Futsal Commission, have selected the best of the year.
According to the results of the vote, "Atalanta" striker Nikola Krstovic has been awarded the title of footballer of the year. The forward has won this award for the second year in a row and won this time with a great advantage.
Krstovic took first place in the captains' and head coaches' poll with 73 votes.
The second place was taken by "Qarabag" footballer Marko Jankovic (29 votes), and the third place was taken by "Lazio" defender Adam Marusic (26 votes)
