Former Juventus and Roma striker Mirko Vučinić has been appointed as the head coach of the Montenegro national team.
Idman.biz reports that the official website of the Montenegro Football Association has released a statement about this.
Vučinić has signed a contract until the end of 2025.
It should be noted that 41-year-old Vučinić defended the honor of the Montenegro national team from 2007-2017, participating in 46 matches and scoring 17 goals, becoming the second highest goalscorer for the national team. He also played for clubs such as Lecce, Roma and Juventus.
