Although the program remained without a leader for a long time, the organization has finally appointed a leader.
According to Idman.Biz, a well-known ex-footballer and former member of the Azerbaijani national team, Mirbaghir Isayev, has been appointed head of the "Elite Training" program for children born in 2013-2016. Isayev's last position was at the Sabail football club academy. He headed the academy until the end of last season.
