"Milan" is considering strengthening its defense in the summer "transfer window" and is reportedly interested in signing Atletico Madrid defender Jose Maria Gimenez. Sport24.az, citing "AS", reports that the Italian club is preparing to make an offer to the other party.
According to the source, the Uruguayan footballer's contract with the Madrid club expires in the summer of 2028. His transfer could cost "Milan" 30 million euros.
It is noted that the defender, who has been playing for Atletico since 2013 and has made a total of 370 appearances in all tournaments, reportedly wants to leave Madrid on favorable terms.
