"Milan" has abandoned the transfer of Swiss midfielder Granit Xhaka. According to Sport24.az, the reason for this is the player's high salary demands.
Reports had spread that "Bayer" would give the green light to this transfer for 8-10 million euros. However, negotiations with Xhaka himself were unsuccessful. It is reported that "Milan" will then prefer the option of Xavi Gerre, who plays for "Valencia".
