Mike Maignan, the goalkeeper of the Italian club "Milan", will not be transferred to the English representative "Chelsea" this summer.
"Report" reports, citing insider Fabrizio Romano, that the parties could not agree on the transfer of the 29-year-old goalkeeper before the start of the Club World Cup, and negotiations have now been suspended.
However, the Italians were ready to release the French player for 25-30 million euros. But the "nobles" hoped to buy the goalkeeper for 15 million euros, because his current contract expires in 2026.
It should be noted that Mike Maignan kept his goal intact in 15 of the 53 games he played in all competitions for "Milan" in the 2024/2025 season.
