A meeting was held with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexico to Azerbaijan, Mrs. Victoria Romero. Sport24.az reports that the meeting, organized at the Mexican Embassy, was attended by Kifayat Mustafayeva, Manager for Social Responsibility in Football, Zumrud Agayeva, Head of the Women's Football Department, Tora Ahmadova, Chief Specialist of the Press and Public Relations Department of AFFA, and representatives, coaches and football players of the women's national team.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the possibilities of future bilateral cooperation between AFFA and the Mexican Embassy on social projects, to support the further strengthening of the role of women in sports, and to exchange detailed views on the work done in this direction. It was emphasized that such cooperation would make an important contribution to both the development of sports and the promotion of social inclusion.
The Ambassador also had a sincere conversation with the players of the women's national team. She thanked the players for their dedication to sports and their participation in international tournaments, and wished them success in their future careers.
