Lionel Messi, forward for the US football team "Inter Miami", spoke about his life in Argentina and his move to Barcelona.
"Report" reports that he spoke about this in an interview with NBC News.
"Argentina has been everything to me since childhood. I learned everything in life there, at home. The values I learned from my father and mother, and the upbringing that was connected to my family from the very beginning... Then I moved to Barcelona and had to start from scratch. I was alone in a new country where I didn't know anyone. As time went on, I carried all this experience into my new life," he said.
Messi has been the top scorer in the MLS this season. The Argentine footballer scored 29 goals in 28 matches and made 19 assists.
