Inter Miami's Argentinian striker and captain Lionel Messi reacted to the decision of Spanish midfielder and teammate Sergio Busquets to end his career at the end of this season. Sport24.az reports that the star footballer shared a post on his social media account about this:
"Almost together from beginning to end... It was a great honor to enjoy your football, Busi. And we don't have much time left either."
It should be noted that Messi and Busquets spent 13 full seasons together in Barcelona's youth and senior teams. They also spent one season at Inter Miami.
Busquets is one of the most decorated players in the history of world football, having won more than 30 titles.
