The "Zafar" Mini-Football League, held among volunteer, student and youth organizations within the framework of the UEFA "HatTrick" program with the joint support of AFFA, the Azerbaijan Union of Volunteer Organizations and the Azerbaijan Youth Foundation, has come to an end. According to Sport24.az, the team consisting of volunteers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the team consisting of volunteers of Baku State University faced each other in the final match of the tournament, in which 24 teams competed in total.
MES volunteers, who dominated the decisive match, won and became the champion of the tournament. Baku State University volunteers won silver medals, and AIESEC volunteers won bronze medals.
After the final match, the winners of individual nominations for the tournament were also determined. Ali Ibrahimov, a member of the MES volunteers team, was awarded as "Best Goalkeeper", Mugdat Ibrahimli, a member of the BSU volunteers team, was awarded as "Best Player", and Jafar Jafarli, a member of the AFFA volunteers team, was awarded as "Most Productive Player".
In the end, the winning team was presented with a trophy. The cup and awards for the relevant nominations were presented by Farrukh Ismayilov, head of the AFFA Mass Football Department, and Nail Shukurov, head of the Department for Work with Youth Organizations of the Azerbaijan Youth Foundation.
