Fenerbahçe footballer Mert Hakan Yandaş, who was arrested in Turkey as part of an investigation into illegal betting, has been released.
"Report" reports with reference to "A Spor" that the experienced midfielder, who has been in custody for some time, appeared before the judge for the first time.
Many of his colleagues and some club officials also attended the court hearing to support the footballer. By the decision of the court, the measure of restraint in the form of arrest of Mert Hakan Yandaş was canceled and he was released.
