Jurgen Klopp will become the head coach of the Spanish club "Real" at the end of the current season.
"Report" reports that journalist François Gallardo announced this on his page on the social network "X".
According to reports, Klopp will lead the "royal club" in the summer, regardless of the results of the team under the leadership of the current coach, as he has already signed a contract.
It is not yet known for how long the contract with the German specialist is intended.
It should be recalled that Xabi Alonso left the post of head coach of the team in January of this year. He was replaced by Alvaro Arbeloa. According to the newspaper "Marca", the contract with the Spanish specialist is intended until the summer of 2027.
Klopp is 58 years old, his last club in his career was "Liverpool", which he led from 2015 to 2024. Under his leadership, the team won the Champions League in 2019, and in 2020 became the champion of England for the first time in 30 years. In 2019 and 2020, Klopp was chosen as the best coach according to the International Football Federation. After leaving "Liverpool", he became the head of football operations at "Red Bull".
"Real" is in second place in the Spanish championship standings with 69 points, while the leader is "Barcelona", which is 4 points ahead of its rival.
