Kilian Mbappe and Cristiano Ronaldo have agreed on who should win this year's "Golden Ball".
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the most prestigious individual award in football will be presented in September, and the nominees are expected to be announced next month.
"Would I vote for Dembele? Yes. I don't think I need to explain. People talk about Lamine Yamal and Dembele, but my choice is clear: I vote for Dembele", - said Kilian.
Ronaldo, in turn, agreeing with Mbappe's choice, noting Dembele and his compatriot Vitinha, said: "Those who stand out and win in the Champions League should win".
"In my opinion, those who stand out and win in the Champions League should win. But there is no consensus. I don't really believe in individual awards because I know what's going on behind the scenes. Lamin, like other promising players, can win like Dembele or Vitinha... But individual awards don't matter", - Cristiano believes.
