Qarabagh's Polish goalkeeper, Mateusz Kochalski, gave an interview to the Polish publication "Sport.pl." Sport24.az reports that he shared his thoughts on his future career and his performance in the current season of the UEFA Champions League.
The goalkeeper said the following about the game against "Napoli" in Italy:
"Despite the defeat, I will remember this match well. I am never satisfied after a game we lost. But a lot of positive things happened then. I had a few good saves. Not only my relatives but also others congratulated me. After the match, I spoke with a member of Napoli's coaching staff. He praised me, said to continue like this and not to stop developing, because they will follow me. This was a great motivation."
The Polish player also did not hide that he had received an offer from MLS:
"My desire is to play in European cups. I will be interested in clubs playing there. For this reason, I rejected the possibility of transferring to MLS. There were inquiries from there. I don't know where I will play, because several things will affect it. The English Premier League is my dream. But I'm not going to a team where I'll be a backup goalkeeper. I want to play and be number one. That's all I'm interested in."
