The betting scandal in Turkish football continues.
Idman.Biz reports that resignations have begun as a result of the internal investigation of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) after 17 referees, 1 Super League club president, 1 former club owner, and a former trade union chairman were detained on charges of "abuse of office" and "influencing match results."
45 people who confessed to betting have resigned. These individuals have been removed from the weekend match lists and new representatives have been appointed in their place.
