A mass football festival was organized in Gabala, which was chosen as the sports capital of 2025, based on the joint action plan of AFFA and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Idman.Biz reports that about 100 children participated in the event held at the reserve ground of Gabala city stadium.
It was reported that during the festival, children participated in various football games and spent their leisure time efficiently and fun. At the end of the event, each participating child was presented with balls by AFFA. The gifts were presented to the children by Farrukh Ismayilov, head of the Mass Football Department, veteran football player, Orkhan Mikayilli, the leading specialist of the department, and Javid Mammadnabiyev, the leading advisor of the education sector in Gabala city.
It should be noted that the event ended with a commemorative photo session.
