Arsenal and Spanish national team midfielder Martin Zubimendi has commented on rumors regarding a possible move to Real Madrid.
Idman.Biz reports that Zubimendi has categorically denied the news.
"Does Real Madrid need me? I don't think so. Real Madrid have enough players to be successful. So, no," Zubimendi told AS.
The midfielder moved from Real Sociedad to Arsenal in 2025, signing a €70 million contract. His contract with the London club runs until June 2030.
This season, Zubimendi has played in 33 matches in all competitions for the Gunners, scoring five goals and providing three assists. Transfermarkt values him at 75 million euros.
