Hungary national team coach Marko Rossi has spoken about Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai's dream of playing for Real Madrid.
Idman.Biz reports that Szoboszlai transferred to Liverpool from RB Leipzig in 2023.
"He has always had one dream: to play for Real Madrid. I have had a very close relationship with Dominik since he started playing football, and Real Madrid has always been his dream.
I don't know if he will take this step or not, because the decision depends on both him and the club. I would not rule out him staying at Liverpool and extending his contract, especially since he is highly valued there. He is a very important player for Liverpool, and Liverpool is one of the biggest clubs in the world," Marca quotes Rossi as saying.
The Hungarian footballer has made 34 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring nine goals and providing seven assists. Transfermarkt values the midfielder at 85 million euros.
