Manchester City centre-back Mark Guehi has spoken about his development at the club after a hard-fought 2-1 Premier League victory over Newcastle United.
İdman.Biz reports that the 25-year-old defender has been making a significant contribution to his team in the championship race with the composed play he has shown since joining the Citizens.
The England international admitted that he had to make serious tactical changes at his new club. He stated that adapting to Pep Guardiola's philosophy of play was not easy:
"This is a huge club. From the day I arrived, both the players and the technical staff welcomed me very well. I had to completely change my game here. I learn something new every day. I master many aspects on the job, such as when to pass the ball and how to confront the opponent. They help me a lot in this process".
