Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund has spoken about goalkeeper Manuel Neuer and his future at the club. Sport24.az reports that the Munich club official said that the experienced goalkeeper is having a successful season:
"We don't feel any pressure. Neither does 'Manu'. He himself said that it is important for him to feel healthy and in shape. That's right and he is in great shape. He is having an exceptional season. It is important for him to feel good. We'll see how it goes."
Neuer has been at Bayern since the summer of 2011. His contract with the Munich club runs until June 30, 2026.
This season, the goalkeeper has played in 15 games for Bayern in all competitions without conceding.
