England's "Manchester United" club has faced problems in preparing for the construction of a new stadium.
"Report", citing "The Guardian", reports that to start construction of a new stadium with a capacity of 100,000 spectators, it is necessary to purchase a land plot near the current stadium, "Old Trafford".
Currently, a railway cargo terminal is located on this territory. The company that owns the terminal demands 400 million pounds sterling for the land plot, while "Manchester United" intends to buy this area for approximately 40-50 million pounds sterling.
It should be noted that "Manchester United" plans to build a new stadium by 2030 and allocate a total of 4.2 billion pounds sterling for this purpose.
