Trabzonspor Vice President Zeyat Kafkas announced that Manchester United raised the price for goalkeeper Andre Onana ahead of the summer transfer window.
"Since Manchester United's offer for Andre Onana is 45-50 million euros, our president informed the public about the situation at Trabzonspor."
"I don't think this information will affect Onana in any way. Because Andre wants to continue playing for a European club, even if it's not from England. His family also agrees," Günebakış quoted Kafkas as saying.
Last summer, it was reported in the media that Manchester United valued Onana at 30 million euros.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper has been playing for Trabzonspor since September. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is 12 million euros.
