"Manchester United" has sent an official offer to "Al-Hilal" for midfielder Ruben Neves.

The English club has offered 23 million euros for the Portuguese footballer and hopes that "Al-Hilal" will accept it. If the offer is accepted, the Manchester club will have to negotiate with the player himself.
However, Neves feels comfortable in Saudi Arabia, and the main issue is the financial terms. Neves' current contract with "Al-Hilal" runs until June 2026.
This season, the player has played 21 games for the club in all competitions, scoring eight goals and providing four assists. According to "Transfermarkt", the midfielder's transfer value is 25 million euros.
