"Manchester City" is interested in acquiring Eduardo Conceicao, a winger from the Brazilian club "Palmeiras".
Lent.az reports, citing foreign media, that the English club is already in negotiations and is ready to pay 40 million euros for the 16-year-old Brazilian.
Eduardo Conceicao has not yet played an official match for "Palmeiras".
