According to journalist Fabrizio Romano's social media post, "Manchester City" has extended a contract offer to midfielder Rodri.
Idman.Biz reports that the English club has extended Rodri's contract, and it is based on significant financial terms. If the player refuses to sign a new contract, the Premier League club intends to demand a substantial fee from a potential buyer in the summer of 2026.
It was previously reported that "Real Madrid" was interested in the player. Rodri's current contract with the club runs until June 30, 2027.
This season, the midfielder has played in 28 matches for "Manchester City" in all competitions and scored two goals.
