The head coach of the Spanish club "Mallorca", 47-year-old Jagoba Arrasate, has been dismissed from his post.
Lent.az reports that this was announced on the club's official website:
"The club confirms that Jagoba Arrasate has been relieved of his duties as head coach of Mallorca. The decision was made after a thorough analysis of the current situation in the league and the team's results and reflects the desire to introduce a new approach ahead of the upcoming challenges of the season. The club thanks Jagoba and his coaching staff for their hard work, dedication and professionalism during their time on the island and wishes them all the best in their future endeavors."
After 25 matches in the Spanish championship, "Mallorca" is in 18th place in the standings with 24 points. The team has been on a three-game losing streak.
