Elnurə Emreli, the mother of Azerbaijani national football player Mahir Emreli, claims that she was illegally fined.
İdman.biz, referring to "Qafqazinfo", reports that according to Elnurə Emreli, who shared a post about this, an administrative fine was applied to her car even though it was in the garage.
Sharing the notification she received on her phone with her followers, she wrote: "The car hasn't left the garage today. How is this possible, does anyone know?"
The message stated that Elnurə Emreli was fined 20 manats for violating parking rules.

AYNA responded to our request by stating: "Citizens can contact AYNA with questions and difficulties related to parking. It is possible to apply through the Call Center and all social network platforms of the agency. Regarding applications related to illegal fine claims, citizens can report by calling the "141" Call Center. The result of the investigation is presented directly to the citizens themselves."
