Mahir Emreli, the Azerbaijani national football player who plays for the German club "Kaiserslautern", wants to score more goals this season.
"Report" reports that the 28-year-old striker said this in an interview with the "Der-betze-brennt" publication.
The forward, who returned to the green field after recovering from his injury, said that he had gone through a difficult period:
"First of all, I want to thank everyone who helped and supported me during my rehabilitation period in the last few months. I now feel 85-90 percent fit and my motivation is 100 percent. I want to play and score more goals this season."
It should be noted that Mahir Emreli appeared on the field in the 88th minute of the away match against "Preussen" (Münster) in the II Bundesliga, which they won (3:2). He was unable to play for a long time due to an injury he sustained in November 2025.
