The French Football Financial Control Authority has completed its investigation into "Lyon". The club, which has a debt of 505 million, faces serious sanctions. In addition to being relegated to a lower league, "Lyon" has been imposed with a transfer ban and requirements related to the payment of players' salaries.
Although the club's American owner John Textor told the Supervisory Authority that he would correct the situation in a short time, there was no improvement. "Lyon" has the right to appeal the decision.
