Lukas Paquetá, who was accused of gambling offenses, has been acquitted.
İdman.biz reports that a lengthy investigation was conducted into the West Ham's Brazilian footballer.
There was even talk of Paquetá being banned from football for life. Although the Football Association (FIA) demanded a severe punishment for the player for violating fair play rules, the court confirmed the player's innocence.
It should be noted that Lucas was accused of approximately 60 acquaintances betting on him receiving yellow cards during matches and earning more than £100,000.
