Inter Miami striker Luis Suarez has been punished for hitting an opponent in violation of the rules in the second leg of the MLS Cup.
Idman.Biz reports that Suarez hit Nashville's Honduran defender Andy Nahar in a situation without the ball.
Although the episode was not recorded by the referee during the match, disciplinary action was taken after investigation after the match.
According to the decision of the MLS disciplinary committee, Suarez will not be able to appear in the team's third and decisive game.
It should be noted that this is not Suarez's first punishment in MLS. In September, he received a 3-game suspension for spitting on a club employee after the League Cup final against Seattle.
Despite previous punishments, the Uruguayan forward will miss another important match because he did not change his behavior.
