Inter Miami forward Luis Suarez is preparing to return to his homeland.
Idman.Biz, citing Euro-football, reports that the 38-year-old footballer's current contract with Inter Miami expires at the end of the month and is not expected to be renewed.
In the coming days, the Uruguayan forward will meet with the head coach of Nacional from Montevideo (the capital of Uruguay) to discuss his possible return.
It was in this club that the forward began his career and spent his first six months here after leaving Europe in the summer of 2022.
Luis Suarez has recorded 17 goals and 17 assists in 50 games for Inter Miami this season.
