Idman.biz reports that this was said by Neftchi's new football player Luis Ortis in a statement to the club's press service.
The Paraguayan left winger spoke about his main characteristics during the games: "My goal at Neftchi is to move forward and be a useful player for the team to achieve its goals this season. I think my main strengths are ball reception, shooting and speed."
Note that the 25-year-old football player will play for Neftchi on loan for 1 year.
