At the request of PSG head coach Luis Enrique, filming of a documentary series about the Paris club has been suspended.
Idman.Biz reports that the coach forbids the film crew from communicating with the team and wants to protect the players from pressure during the crucial period of the season.
"It is difficult to make a documentary showing the problems and difficulties faced by the players, deeply exploring their behind-the-scenes lives. Enrique does not want this to increase their anxiety or put pressure on players like Lucas Chevalier, Ilya Zabarnyi or Bradley Barcola in a year when PSG are trying to win their second consecutive Champions League," L'Équipe quotes the film's producer as saying.
At the same time, the club's management considers the release of behind-the-scenes footage essential to achieve certain goals.
