Juventus' sporting director Giorgio Chiellini has clarified the issue that has been on the agenda since January, confirming that cooperation with head coach Luciano Spalletti will continue.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to "Sky Sports" that the club management has started preparations to sign a new contract with the specialist.
Chiellini stated that this issue has never been in doubt:
"The issue of a new contract with Luciano Spalletti has never been in question. This is one of our main priorities. We will come together in the near future to discuss the
details of the contract".
It should be noted that the Juventus management has been sharing positive feedback regarding Spalletti's future at the club since January. An official meeting is expected to take place shortly, and the terms of the new contract will be finalized.
