This is a repeat of the anti-record for the first games in which 4 matches were held. The same number of goals was recorded last season: "Sabail" – "Garabagh" 0:1, "Sabah" – "Sumgayit" 0:0, "Kapaz" – "Neftchi" 0:2, "Araz-Nakhchivan" – "Zira" 1:0.
Before that, in the 2004/2005 season, the first 4 matches of the 1/4 final also ended with 4 goals: "Neftchi" – "Inter" 0:0, "Ganclarbirliyi" – "MKT-Araz" 0:0, MOIK – "Khazar Lankaran" 0:1, "Karat" – "Baku" 1:2.
True, there were even fewer goals scored in this round - only 2 goals. But in the 1997/1998 season, three of the first matches of the 1/4 final took place, and in one, a technical result was recorded. Although there was an anti-record in average productivity, the total number of games was also small: "Dinamo" – "Garabagh" 0:0, "Kapaz" – "Bakili" 0:0, MOIK – "Neftchi" 1:1, "Pambigchi" (Barda) – "Kur-Nur" -:+.
