Liverpool's top scorer Hugo Ekitike was injured early in the ongoing match against Brighton and was substituted in the 8th minute. Sport24.az reports that the striker was injured after a tough collision with James Milner.
Referee Darren England did not consider it a foul, but Ekitike immediately showed that he was in pain and lay on the field for a while.
