"Liverpool" has reached an agreement for the transfer of Jérémy Jacquet, the central defender of the French club "Rennes".
İdman.Biz reports, citing foreign media, that the "Merseysiders" will pay £60 million for the 20-year-old footballer.
It is noted that £5 million of this amount is provided in the form of bonuses.
It is reported that "Rennes" has accepted the English club's offer, but "Chelsea", who were also competing for Jacquet's transfer, were not willing to pay such a large amount.
However, it is reported that C. Jacquet will join the ranks of the Premier League champions after the current season ends.
