English club Liverpool will pay the amount that the late footballer Diogo Jota was supposed to receive under the contract to his family.
Report reports that the Portuguese publication Record has released information about this.
The Merseyside representative will give that money to the striker's relatives for the remaining two years of the contract.
It should be noted that the member of the Portuguese national team died in a car accident on July 3 with his brother Andre Silva. Jota, who has played for Liverpool since 2020, has been remembered for 182 games, 65 goals and 26 productive passes. He won the English Premier League with the team in the 2024/2025 season.
