Liverpool Mayor Steve Rotheram has announced the number of people injured in the incident that occurred during the celebration of Liverpool's championship. Sport24.az reports that he made a statement to the BBC about this:
"We are concerned about all the victims, especially those injured. Four people are currently in hospital. Their condition is still serious. We are in constant contact with the police and ambulance service."
It should be noted that the incident occurred yesterday evening. The city police have determined that the driver who drove the car into the fans was a 53-year-old Briton.
