"Liverpool" players took to the field in special jerseys to commemorate forward Diogo Jota, who died in a car accident. In the 20th minute of the game, fans of both teams commemorated him with applause. The Portuguese footballer wore the number 20 jersey for "Liverpool".
Jota passed away on July 3 in Spain with his brother Andre Silva.
It should be noted that Jota had been playing for "Liverpool" since 2020.
